When I went to the BKT salon the first time, I thought to myself I won’t go again because it’s very expensive and they burnt my head, it was very painful for 3-4 days. I reluctantly decided to trial the salon one last time as the results were good and my hair stayed healthy after the treatment. I told the lady that greeted me that my head was burnt last time and to please be careful, she apologised but didn’t seem fazed and didn’t do much else when I informed her. But then I had Vanessa do the nanoplasty treatment on my hair. She was so thorough, honest, patient, kind and accomodating. I have done nanoplasty with Vanessa twice now. The first time, I was breastfeeding my first child without bottles so had to bring my baby to the salon for feeds in between the treatment. Vanessa was so accomodating, patient, kind, relatable, accepting and understanding throughout all the fussy feeds, crying and baby screaming in the salon. She really put me at ease and took the stress away. What also really blew my mind about Vanessa is I had my hair washed after the treatment and she checked my hair thoroughly after the treatment to make sure it was all straightened properly - this level of honesty and precision blew my mind. Top quality service, that is rare to find in Sydney where everyone is busy and wants to make money fast through any means 😂. This level of service from Vanessa really won my loyalty. To me, Vanessa makes the BKT brand and she has won my loyalty as a customer. Thank you Vanessa for your exceptional service, honesty, beautiful nature and personality, and precision in your work. If it wasn’t for you, I probably would not continue going back to the BKT salon but you have won my loyalty 🙏🏼 see you again soon! Xxx

I recently got a nanoplasty treatment done at BKT Salon and had an amazing experience, thanks to Mario, my hair expert. He took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, which really helped me understand what was involved. The treatment itself was long, but Mario was incredibly patient and made sure I was comfortable throughout. He offered me tea, coffee, and even prosecco several times — such a nice touch! He also used plastic ear protectors, so I didn’t feel a thing when he was straightening each strand multiple times. It’s those small details that made a big difference — not once did I flinch from the heat! As someone who’s naturally introverted and usually feels awkward in salon settings, I really appreciated how easy Mario was to talk to. He answered all my questions and made me feel completely at ease. The results? My hair looks absolutely incredible — soft, smooth, and totally transformed. It honestly feels like a million dollars! I’m hoping it stays like this for at least six months because, while the treatment is on the pricier side, it definitely feels worth it so far. What really stood out was Mario’s honesty and transparency. I had also booked a hair colouring treatment for the same day, but he advised against doing both together since it could interfere with the nanoplasty results. Most salons would have gone ahead just to charge extra, so I really value that level of integrity. To top it off, he even gave me a free conditioner at the end — such a kind gesture! Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Mario and BKT Salon to anyone considering a nanoplasty treatment. Professional, caring, and results that speak for themselves.

I have been a client at BKT for several years now. Yesterday I had my nanoplasty done here at 38 weeks pregnant, and I was understandably a little apprehensive as it was my first time having this treatment while pregnant. From the moment I arrived, Jana and all staff members were absolutely amazing. Jana went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the entire time — constantly checking in on me, adjusting things to suit my needs, and genuinely caring about my comfort and wellbeing. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism made such a difference and completely put me at ease. The experience was incredibly comfortable, and I felt so well looked after. I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist or a more reassuring experience, especially so late in pregnancy. I'm absolutely thrilled with my nanoplasty treatment! Samara My hairdresser did an incredible job from start to finish. The results are beyond what I expected,my hair looks perfectly smooth, healthy, and naturally beautiful. She was meticulous with the application and clearly knows her craft inside and out.
